CampEx is a student-centric, tech-driven, eco-friendly courier service designed to simplify campus logistics. We provide fast, affordable, and secure delivery services within campuses, between campuses, and across Ghana.

Simply download the CampEx Mobile App, schedule your pick-up and drop-off, confirm payment, and track your order in real time.

• Intra-campus: 15–45 minutes
• Inter-campus: Same day or next day
• Campus ↔ Home: Same day (within region) / 1–2 days (nationwide)
• Express Delivery: Within 30 minutes

7. Yes. All parcels come with real-time GPS tracking through your CampEx app. You’ll also receive instant notifications at each delivery stage.

6. Who can use CampEx services?
You can send:
• Books, notes, and academic materials
• Personal items, gadgets, and accessories
• Clothing, food, and groceries
• Documents and official papers
• Event logistics (banners, décor, merchandise)
Prohibited items: weapons, harmful chemicals, illicit drugs, perishable food without packaging, and high-value items above our insurance threshold.

You may:
• Request free re-delivery (within campus)
• Collect from a CampEx pick-up point, or
• Use our CampEx Smart Locker (coming soon)

9. Are my parcels safe?
Absolutely. We use verified riders, secure packaging, proof of delivery (signature or photo), and digital logging for all items.

10. Does CampEx insure packages?
Yes. All deliveries are covered by our Basic Protection Policy. Additional insurance is available for high-value items at a small fee.

• GH₵25 for inter-campus
• GH₵35 for campus-home deliveries
